Stephanie Osekoski PTA, CMT is a certified massage therapist with the National Board of Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Stephanie is also member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Her experience ranges from orthopedics and sports medicine to geriatric to infants.  Techniques utilized in her massage include Swedish relaxation, deep tissue and trigger point release.  She also specializes in migraine management and sciatica/low back pain relief. In 2008, Stephanie completed a Specialty Course in the treatment of Fibromyalgia with massage therapy.
